At Brayco we understand that after purchasing you may realise the item doesn’t fit and you require a refund or exchange. We will happily take an item back if it is in original condition and has all its packaging. If it is damaged, then we’ll have to have a chat. MAINTENANCE OF E-COATED OUTDOOR FURNITURE
• Use a mild detergent or soap mixed with warm water to clean the table’s surface regularly. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that could scratch the surface.
• Stay away from harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners as they might damage the electroplated surface. Opt for gentle cleaning solutions.
• Use a soft cloth or sponge for cleaning to prevent scratching or damaging the electroplating. Microfiber cloths work well for gentle cleaning.
After cleaning, ensure the chair is dried thoroughly to prevent water spots or residue from affecting the powder coated finish.
• If the table is kept outdoors, consider covering it during extreme weather conditions or when not in use to prevent prolonged exposure to harsh elements like direct sunlight, rain, or snow.
• Remember, while E-Coated steel enhances the table’s resistance to corrosion, proper care and maintenance will extend its lifespan and keep it looking great for longer.

MAINTENANCE OF POLYPROPYLENE FURNITURE
• Polypropylene has a surface, and inherent properties that doesn’t hold onto dirt and grime. Simply wipe with a damp microfibre cloth (or use a mild soapy solution and water) on a regular basis.
** HANDY TIP: Mr Sheen is perfect for a handy clean on polypropylene furniture – just spray and wipe!
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents or abrasive cleaners such as hard brushes or scouring pads, as they can scratch the surface of the polypropylene. Never apply undiluted bleach on plastic furniture.
• Avoid Sharp Objects: Be cautious to avoid sharp objects or rough surfaces that could potentially scratch or damage your polypropylene furniture.
• Avoid Extreme Temperatures: While polypropylene is generally resistant to temperature extremes, avoid direct contact with extremely hot surfaces or prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures.
• Table Top Care: Do not place stools or chairs on tables to avoid scratching your tables.
